a. All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, course content, and documentation, provided by the training institute are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
b. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any training materials without the explicit written consent of the training institute.

4. Attendance and Participation:
a. Participants are expected to attend all training sessions punctually and actively participate in the learning activities.
b. If a participant fails to meet the attendance or participation requirements set forth by the training institute, the institute reserves the right to deny certification or withhold any other benefits associated with the training program.

5. Conduct and Code of Ethics:
a. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards trainers, staff, and fellow participants.
b. Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the training program, without refund, at the discretion of the training institute.

6. Liability:
a. The training institute will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information in its training programs. However, the institute does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the training content for specific individual circumstances.
b. The training institute shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the training program.

7. Privacy:
a. The training institute collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants’ personal information will be handled securely and used solely for the purposes of the training program and related communications.

8. Amendments:
a. The training institute reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
